New stainless steel version. Used to determine the depth of penetration of a
flat headed pin into pressed raw ceramic tiles. Indispensable for producers
of floor and wall ceramic tiles, especially with single firing processes.
Calibrated spring system, with special reading comparator reset process
that can be carried out only occasionally, that makes the relative tile
measurements in a few seconds. The mod. DM/34 penetrometer therefore
makes it much easier to carry out daily checks on pressing uniformity. The
large stainless steel base makes it easy to perform tests in the center of
the sample, up to a size of 40x40 cm, and up to a size of 70x70 cm upon
the model.
Main body and various supports in stainless steel and alluminium.
Accurate finishes. Complete with various accessories for use and
maintenance, 5 flat head pins with areas of 0.75-1.00-1.50-1.75-2.00 mm2,
that, together with an additional 3 kg calibrated spring and a special
supporting head, allow the instrument to be used on a wide range of
pressed materials, from the softest to the hardest. The 1.50 mm 2 pin and
the 4 kg calibrated spring are already mounted on the device.
